DaVita is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LISW) (LICSW) (LGSW) to support our patients and their families at our West St. Paul and Highland Park Dialysis Clinics in St. Paul, MN!

Here is what you can expect when you join our Village as a Clinical Social Worker (MSW):
  • Coverage: Covering both West St. Paul (W St. Paul, MN) and Highland Park (St. Paul, MN) dialysis Clinics
  • Monday - Friday - split shifts between clinics
  • Full time schedule - 36 - 40 hours
  • Training - 6-8 weeks
  • Will provide group supervision 4 hours a month that is no cost to the teammate

  • Life on dialysis can be a difficult transition for many patients-and you'll be there to support and advocate for them.
  • Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

Requirements:
  • Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations(LISW) (LICSW) (LGSW)
  • Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs
  • Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
