Elite Oral Surgery Associates/Simply Dental Management is looking to add an Oral Surgeon to our group. Full time position traveling to locations including Worcester, Randolph, Lowell and Fitchburg.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner;
• Maintain an excellent reputation in the area;
• Respect practice philosophies and other doctors, and be dedicated to providing a superior patient experience;
• Provide excellent quality of service when performing procedures;
• Responsibilities include placing implants, general extractions, and wisdom teeth. Very few trauma cases;
• Provide general, surgical procedures, be personable to both patients and other employees;
• Monitor patient progress and maintain treatment records;
• Ensure in compliance regulatory agencies, and dental board procedures;
• Examine patients, obtain medical history and develop treatment plans;
• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases;
• Address clinical issues promptly and accurately;
• Provide full scope OMS procedures, with emphasis on dental implants and TMJ cases;
• Diagnose, provide, and maintain the highest standard of patient care;
• Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients;
• Educate patients on their treatment plan options and maintaining their oral health.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skills;
• Must have an Oral Surgeon Certification from an accredited US program;
• Must have completed an Oral Surgery Residency or dual degree with an accredited US program;
• Must have an active MA dental license or be able to obtain one;
• Residency training, experience is highly desired;
