Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing and impactful designs for various digital and print mediums, with a focus on PowerPoint presentations, animations, and video editing. This remote role supports the marketing and communications team, enhancing the visual identity and storytelling of the brand. At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role: VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.

Essential Functions:

• Design and develop engaging visual assets and digital experiences for internal and external audiences, incorporating animations and multimedia elements, to enable marketing and sales to communicate Vorys eControl value proposition for brands.
• Create high-quality graphics and layouts for digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Elementor/Wordpress.
• Edit and produce video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet business objectives
• Maintain and update digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and organization of creative resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficient in PowerPoint
• Proficient in video editing software (preferably After Effects and Premiere Pro)
• Presentation/ Pitch Deck Design
• Proposal and Client Presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Able to Communicate effectively with team members

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired:

• Experience with animation and motion graphics
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
• Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in similar field.
• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects preferred.
