**Title:** Customer Service Support

**Pay:** $20.00 - $25.00/hr DOE

**Hours:** 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday Friday, sometimes weekends

**Location:** Denver, CO

**What you will do:**

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

+ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

+ Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

+ Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

+ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

+ Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.

+ Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate personnel or management.

+ Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

+ Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

+ Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer service team and overall company goals.

**Requirements:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field preferred.

+ Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

+ Ability to handle difficult or emotional customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.

+ Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.

+ Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
