Description Position Type: - Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications: - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old,
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation, including a current driver's license.
- Available to work any time, including evenings and Saturdays (time off can be requested for special events)
- ServSafe certified or willing to become certified
- Possess an attention to detail that is above average

Responsibilities - Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Manager
- Inputs data daily into the P/L system
- Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels for the evening shift
- Delegate, communicate, and hold others accountable
- Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Conducts one-on-one meetings with Team Members to invest in, develop, and grow the leadership team
- Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
- Responsible for inventory and facilities management
- Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Participates in scheduled meetings with the Senior Leadership team, making adjustments and suggestions to stay ahead of the growing business
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment failure and power outage
- Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures

A Restaurant Director must be a motivated, self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. The Restaurant Director serves on the executive leadership team, reports directly to the Senior operation's Lead, and is responsible for the overall flow of a specific area of the restaurant.
